Technical Support

Kemperle differentiates itself with a Technical Support Service team available to our customers providing hands-on technical training during shop installations and demonstrations.  We support our customers through regular visits, updating color support tools and providing on-site assistance as needed.  Kemperle’s highly trained and experienced Technical Support Service team can also perform a customized Shop Audit to help identify critical productivity and profitability issues within your facility.  If you have questions about color matching or equipment, you can Contact your Account Manager and request assistance from your local Technical Support Service representative.

For those DIYers, Kemperle’s in-store Customer Service representatives are readily available to talk you through your next project.  These dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service representatives can suggest products best suited for your needs.

Sales Support

In addition to the highly trained Customer Service Representatives available at our stores, the Kemperle Territory Sales and local Account Managers can assist you with selecting the right paint solutions, offer suggestions for increased profitability and productivity and, assist with the development and planning for optimizing and maximizing material usage in your collision center.  For more information on the Sales Support team offerings, contact your local Account Manager.

OEM Certification & OSHA Compliance

Our experienced team has all the necessary resources and experience to assist your collision center in attaining OEM Certification and OSHA Compliance.  Whether it’s locating the right OEM Certified equipment, attaining ICAR or Paint Company Certification, or performing Medical Evaluations and Fit Tests for OSHA Compliance, we have the resources and experience to get the job done.  For more information, contact your Account Manager or our Training Department.

Inventory Management

Kemperle’s Customer Managed Inventory System is a cloud based tool that provides our premier customers with the ability to track inventory and automatically send orders when stocking levels drop below the thresholds you’ve defined.
You’ll know who, why, and when products are removed from your facilities.  Some of the many benefits our tool offers include alert notifications and real time reporting for inventory valuation, purchases and usage.  For additional information, contact your Account Manager.
